Six singers, one stage, and a seat in December's Grand Final for whoever wins. Judged on the night by the panel, with no public vote. Any of the six seats still empty at 19:30 goes to a walk-in: sign up at the door, free to enter, and we draw for it in front of everyone if more people want it than we have room for.
